How to order from us
We create unique limited edition products.
All our current and past creations are on our website. We post all new products regularly on Instagram. We sell directly to you and also stock our products in many shops across the UK. To place an order, simply send us a message containing the product details. We will be in touch within a day to confirm its availability and discuss any customization options. If the desired item isn't currently available, we can often provide something similar or even tailor-make it to your specifications.
Stay updated with our latest offerings by following us on Instagram, where we regularly showcase new products. If you prefer WhatsApp, reach out to us and expect a response within a day, if not sooner. We encourage you to follow us on Instagram to be the first to know about our newest releases and even have the opportunity to pre-order.
Returns
If you find that an item doesn't meet your expectations, we will accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery for orders placed directly with us. Please note that certain items, such as jewellery or custom orders, are not eligible for return. For detailed instructions, refer to your order confirmation email, and feel free to contact us if you need assistance with a return or exchange.
